By accessing or using the City of Fruita STR Lodging Tax portal (“Service”), you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be an authorized short-term rental operator or agent to use this Service.

3. Filing & Payments

Returns are due on the 20th for the previous month. You are responsible for the accuracy of submitted data.

4. Accounts & Security

Keep credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.

5. Prohibited Use

No unlawful, fraudulent, or disruptive activity. Do not attempt to bypass security features.

6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, the City is not liable for indirect or incidental damages.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
